Product Information and Pricing
- Product information is provided in the webshop, for each specific item.
- All prices are stated in Swedish Krona and include value-added tax (VAT) and other fees.
- The total cost of the purchase will be clearly indicated before finalizing the order and will include all associated costs, including any shipping and handling fees.
Sales & Delivery Terms
Orders
We work entirely on a voluntary basis and process your order as soon as we can. We pack at least once a week.
Delivery
Normally, the item will be shipped from us no later than 7 business days after the order is received.
Shipping
We ship your item with PostNord. The shipping cost is 79 SEK. For inquiries about delivery outside Sweden, please contact micko@rockstagemalmo.com.
Payment
We require payment for the item from the moment it is shipped from us to the customer.

ROCK STAGE MALMÖ processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act (PuL). Information that can be linked to you personally will never be made available to other organizations or connected to other external records.
Card Information
When you shop with us, the payment is processed by Klarna Checkout, a secure electronic payment solution. All card information is stored in accordance with card network regulations. SLS/TSL – Security and Credit Card Information: All credit card details are securely handled on a safe https page and transferred using the latest versions of TLS.
Security
The entire site is encrypted with SSL. If you are on a website where the address bar shows https, all traffic between you as a visitor and the server you are communicating with is encrypted. This makes it very difficult to eavesdrop on or manipulate the information being exchanged, providing much higher security than an unencrypted http connection.
Returns
Complaints
If there is a defect in the item, you should notify us in writing at info@rockstagemalmo.com within a reasonable time after discovering it. We will then provide you with information on how to proceed. The rules regarding complaints are governed by the Consumer Sales Act.
Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal applies for 14 days from the date you, as the buyer, received the item. If you wish to cancel the purchase, you can return the item in substantially unchanged condition and receive a refund for the amount paid for the item, including shipping costs.
